You may be eligible for compensation from the Crime Victim Compensation Commission if you were:

  • Directly injured in the incident (Medical/ Mental Health Expenses);
  • Not injured but engaged in business/educational activities at the site of the mass casualty (Mental Health Expenses Only);
  • Witnessed the incident (Mental Health Expenses Only); or
  • Relative of a deceased victim (Mental Health and Funeral Expenses Only).
